Full-time Job Summary The Gate Attendant will be responsible for managing the flow of traffic in and out of the facilities.
This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills and 95% of the shift will require standing and constant movement.

Key Responsibilities Direct traffic in and out of the facility Check visitors, vendors, and employees and residents in via tablet or Ipad.
Ensure that all vehicles entering the facility have the proper credentials Communicate with other staff members to ensure that the facility is running smoothly Provide excellent customer service to all visitors Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Customer service experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
