We are seeking a self-motivated go-getter who is a team player and a cheerleader for our office to join our team.
Responsibilities Patient Reception and Scheduling:
Greet patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with patients to ensure timely attendance.
Manage phone calls and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
Administrative Support:
Verify Insurances (PPO) and collect payments.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Assist with the completion of necessary paperwork and forms.
Communication and Customer Service:
Present treatment plans and financial information clearly to patients.
Address patient concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
Foster a positive and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
Office Coordination:
Collaborate with the back staff to optimize patient experience.
Maintain a clean and organized common areas.
Technology Proficiency:
Utilize Open Dental for scheduling and record-keeping.
Demonstrate proficiency in basic office software and equipment.
Qualifications:
THE RIGHT PERSONALITY TO WORK WITH CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IS A MUST! 1
year work experience in dental field (pediatric experience preferred, but not required) Must have knowledge of ADA dental codes to bill insurances and patients Understanding of dental insurances and coordination of benefits Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in OpenDental software and basic office applications MUST be available to work from 7:
45 am-4:
