The ideal candidate is cheerful and friendly, enjoys working in a team environment, Great personality, Respectful have some knowledge on painting, GREAT WORK ETHIC, GREAT PERSONALITY, is dedicated to high-quality, efficient work and is capable of adapting to changes and communicating effectively with employees and customers.

MUST Be Able To Follow Written Instructions, MUST Have a valid DL, MUST speak English, MUST pass a background check.
Responsibilities:
Prepare to coordinate and communicate with team members before and during the work shift.
Get the work done efficiently to finish on time.
Perform duties as directed by the project manager.
Communicate daily with the client communicate with project manager about work site issues and needs.
Resolve issues between team members in a timely manner.
Daily reports to customer and project manager.
Plan for the next day of work.
