We are looking for an individual that has experience in Quick Books (or comparable program) AND Microsoft Office (especially excel, outlook, and word).
The position will also require the following duties, including but not limited to:
Admin / Data Entry / Receptionist / Shipping & Receiving Exp.
Invoicing and accounts payables Providing customer tracking on orders Shipping and Receiving - Domestic & International Customer service Answering phones Filing Must be dependable, punctual, detail oriented with a non-combative personality Excellent communication skills a must! Looking for a candidate with immediate availability M-F 8-5 $10.
