Essential
Responsibilities:
Assist with quoting new and renewal personal insurance business Invoice insurance policies, endorsements and cancellations Prepare billing for TWIA client's Communicate the status of pending changes, cancellations and account issues to company producers Communicate efficiently with clients, insurance carrier underwriting representatives and company service units via telephone and email Coordinate with company producers and company personnel in the placement of clients coverage Maintain confidentiality of clients personal and financial information Familiarity with Independent Home and Auto insurance markets, TWIA and Flood insurance a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
