Property Manager
Insight Global is looking for a Property Manager to sit onsite in League City, TX.
This role will be required to work onsite 5 days per week.
This person will be joining the property management group and will be responsible for operations and tenant management for a commercial facility.
On a daily basis, they will review financial reports and approve client invoices, review vendor contracts, attend monthly vendor meetings (janitorial, security, landscaping, etc.
), run weekly staff meetings, maintain the work order system, and maintain the property management databases.
They will also help develop and implement plans and procedures covering building cleaning, fire safety, utilities and maintenance.
BS Degree Experience in construction management such as office build outs for tenants, construction of office spaces, restroom renovations, etc.
Yardi software experienceWork order software experience3
years of commercial property management experienceExperience managing a team of direct reports and strong management skillsMust be willing to work onsite 5 days/week in League CityStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience reviewing financial reports and approving invoicesExperience working with external vendors Experience maintaining a work order system Recommended Skills Accounting Accounts Receivable Communication Construction Construction Management Databases Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
