On track to become office manager We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team of professionals in the Chiropractic, Sports Medicine and Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine departments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will also have experience with medical billing and insurance processing.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
Provide information about the services offered by the clinic.
Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
