- Collect and enter data into databases and maintain accurate records - Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure data accuracy - Organize and maintain files and documents - Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and pivot tables for data analysis - Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats - Provide administrative and clerical support as needed - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets and work with pivot tables - Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with basic administrative and clerical procedures We offer competitive pay and a supportive work environment.
