Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will work with customers to ensure the smooth flow of their order through the system.
This position will also be responsible for following up on customer inquiries and complaints and communicating these to the appropriate departments.
Core Duties &
Responsibilities:
Field all incoming calls and emails in a timely manner.
Responsible for ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner.
Responsible for ensuring all orders are shipped in a timely manner.
Responsible for ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner.
Communicate with customers and the warehouse staff to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
Process all returns in a timely manner.
Ensure all paperwork is completed and signed when an order is placed, received, or shipped.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills:
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent phone skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferred.
Familiarity with transportation management software (Sage) is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
