9 Full-time 7 hours ago Full Job Description Assist the teacher in the preparation and management of classroom activities and administrative requirements; work under the supervision of a certified teacher.

Qualifications Education/Certification/Licensure High school diploma or GED Educational Aide II certification 48 college hours or passing score on Paraprofessional Exam Special Knowledge/Skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well with children and adults Knowledge of general office equipment Experience Verifiable experience working with children (e.
g.
, daycare, Sunday school, sports, girl/boy scouts) Major Responsibilities and Duties Support and assist the teacher or teaching team with teaching duties, including working in small groups or with individual students to conduct instructional exercises assigned by the teacher.
Uphold and enforce school rules, administrative regulations, and state and local board policy.
Reinforce appropriate behavior in accordance with teacher's plan and school plan and assist in classroom discipline and behavior management as developed by the ARD committee.
Assist with administration and scoring of objective testing instruments or work assignments.
Assist in supervising students throughout the school day, both inside and outside the classroom.
Keep the teacher informed of any special needs or problems of individual students.
Assist in preparing, modifying, or adapting teaching materials or equipment to individual needs of students.
Assist in inventory, care, and maintenance of equipment.
Assist the teacher in keeping administrative records and preparing required reports.
Provide orientation and assistance to substitute teachers.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
