o Providing exceptional customer service to all customers o Ensure all parts orders are accurate o Assist customers to determine necessary parts information such as parts numbers, quantities, sourcing, freight, timelines, etc.
o Assist in all areas of Parts department as needed o Maintain a safe and clean work environment Position Requirements:
o High school graduate or equivalent o At least 2 years experience in a customer service role o Mechanical aptitude o Strong Computer skills o Professional communication skills:
verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-face o Ability to work as part of a team and individually to achieve department and company goals o Dedication to providing exceptional customer service o Outgoing, positive personality o Self-motivated, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done Strongly Preferred:
o Bilingual English/Spanish o Knowledge of Cat Systems o Previous experience working in a heavy equipment, parts, or industrial Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
