Our company helps women who have lost their hair from cancer treatments to feel like themselves again.
For 25 years, we have been designing hats, scarves, wigs and cosmetics for women who have faced hair loss.
Our customer service team works one on one, helping cancer patients (and others with hair loss) as they face this challenge.

We have a full time opening for a Customer Service Specialist.
First and foremost, we are looking for someone with a passion for helping others.
Essential qualities we look for include:
loyalty and longevity in your work history, demonstrated self-initiative, tact and diplomacy, sound decision making skills, computer literacy and excellent communication skills.
Our ideal candidate will be able to work well with little supervision, is self-motivated, positive and able to adapt to change.
Primary duties include answering customer calls, emails and chat, assisting customers in selecting appropriate products, general office duties and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
We seek friendly candidates who exhibit a strong work ethic, a can do attitude, positivity, resilience, the desire to take initiative, attention to detail and professionalism.
An interest in beauty, cosmetics, fashion and hair is a plus.
Two years of customer service experience is desired.
We seek energetic individuals who can communicate clearly with tact, compassion and diplomacy.
