Candidate will be responsible to oversee the day to day care and education for children while demonstrating exceptional professional conduct and educational development, safety and welfare of the children and staff.
Qualification:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintain a center meets or exceeds the Texas Minimum Standard guidelines and keep all permits and licenses current.
Conduct tours for prospective parents, enroll new families, and assist the management's efforts to quickly ramp up and meet the academy's enrollment goals.
The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Candidate must be accurate in work, punctual, organized, personable, reliable and hard working.
Professional experience in early childhood administration and prior experience in the classroom.
Familiar with TX Minimum Standard Requirements.
Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
CPR/First Aid Preferred Food Handler License/Certificate Driver license in good standing Reliable Transportation
Responsibilities:
Work diligently on increasing enrollment via touring and marketing Manage staffing issues, including handling all staff paperwork and discussion with parents (as needed).
Oversee daily operations of the school and performing daily visits in each of the classrooms.
Ensure classrooms are adhering to the curriculum Creation of the employee schedule and scheduled activities.

Years Managing a Licensed Child Care Center a Plus.
